Implants

Let us help you love your smile again.

Many patients come to Jones Dental Arts for help replacing teeth that they are already missing.  Others wish to save their teeth, but, despite today’s technological advances, the teeth are not strong enough to save.  Thankfully, Jones Dental Arts offers dental implants as a treatment option for these patients.  Dental implants are titanium fixtures that attach to your own bone, replacing the roots of the missing tooth or teeth.  Our dentists can place a crown over this fixture, replacing that tooth.  Dental implants are easy to care for, as the patient can brush and floss around them like a natural tooth.

In addition to many hours of implant education, Jones Dental Arts has invested in three key pieces of technology that result in exceptional, precise implant placement and restoration:

  • Cone Beam Computed Tomography—3-D imaging that allows our doctors to measure available bone for implant placement and to avoid damaging any structures (sinus, nerves, etc.) in the area of implant placement
  • Digital scanning—our digital scanner allows us to convert dental models into digital files that can be manipulated and used to plan implant cases
  • 3-D printing—our 3-D printer allows us to print resin models of your teeth, as well as surgical guides to aid in implant placement

Our doctors combine these three technologies to design and fabricate a surgical guide that allows our implant placements to be more precise, accurate, and predictable.  This ability results in overall better outcomes for our patients—something for which Jones Dental Arts has gained a reputation.  Incorporating these technologies into a general dental practice places Jones Dental Arts in a unique, advanced minority of general dental offices.
